How I work
I address thoughts, emotions, sensations, and behaviours, as well as present reality and past experiences as part of life learning. This allows for work at a deep level and brings about lasting results.
In order to accomplish this work, the therapeutic relationship is an essential foundation. It’s important to feel that we can be ourselves with the person in front of us, as well as consider them capable and trustworthy. Part of my work is to create a safe space where you can discover yourself while being supported.
Observing together what unfolds allows us to understand what’s happening and often results in significant improvement. It also helps us recognize our difficulties and seek alternatives that steer us toward greater well-being.

In this way, therapy becomes a great opportunity for individuals seeking to:
Improve the management of emotions, thoughts, bodily sensations, or somatizations.
Increase self-awareness and self-esteem.
Enhance relationships and communication.
Explore patterns of behavior or relationships.
Process traumatic experiences.
Receive support in life situations.
My Methodology
The methodology I employ is based on attending the individual needs of the moment, which is key to effective intervention. Each of us is unique, and at any given time, something different may be helpful. For me, it’s essential to build a collaborative process where I can explore together with the individual what makes sense in their case.
Throughout the therapy process, I utilize various techniques, adapting my approach to the person and the situation. The primary technique is conversation, and depending on the case, I may incorporate others such as Mindfulness, sand tray therapy, or gestalt techniques, among others.
In-Person and Remote Sessions
In-Person and
Remote Sessions
I offer both in-person sessions in Barrio de Salamanca, Madrid, and online therapy. Both formats have shown effectiveness, and each with its own benefits. In-person therapy can provide greater privacy, closeness, and presence. Online therapy can be useful in cases where attending in person is complex or not possible, as well as when your time is limited.
Usually, I work on a weekly basis, with sessions lasting 50 minutes. However, the frequency of the treatment may vary depending on the case.
Throughout therapy, it’s natural for various aspects and needs to emerge. My role is to create a space where all kinds of experiences are welcomed, and to weave a network among what arises, providing understanding and attention.
